Vegan Chocolate Mousse!

Vegan Dark Chocolate Mousse!

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 10 minutes

Ingredients: 1 pack of firm silken Tofu (secret Ingredient)
80 ml of maple syrup
72% or 86% Cacao bar (I prefer Ghirardelli or Lindt)
pinch of sea salt
Serves 4

Method: Open the tofu pack and strain excess water with cheese cloth and on the other end start melting the chocolate on a water bath…

In a food processor add the strained tofu, maple syrup and pinch of sea salt..

once everything is mixed in the processor to a smooth mousse like texture add the melted chocolate and blend again…
Garnish with either nuts or vegan cookie or fresh fruits..

YOUR MOUSSE IS READY!
