- 2 green coconut with little thick meat inside (malai/coconut meal)
- 2-3 spoon Chia/Takmuria/Sabja seeds
- half a lemon
- Fresh cut pineapple for garnish
- 1 spoon Honey (optional)
Method: Open green coconut and take water from both of them in a blender, add the meal from both with it and blend with 1 spoon of honey, simultaneously soak 2-3 spoon chia seeds in a separate bowl in 1 tablespoon water. Add 1 cup ice if want it to be little chilled. Squeeze 1/2 lemon in this mix and add soaked chia seeds in this freshly prepared coconut punch. serve in juice glasses and garnish with freshly cut pineapple.
